If AC/DC was the king of Australian rock n' roll, then Aibourne could be the teenage prince, delivering a sweaty fist-pumping rock based on the what the giant had done in the 70s, only this time they oozed their distinctive formula and smartly blend it with some Kix overdosed high octane rock style. Signed by Capitol at first, Airbourne launched this debut in 2007 before eventually taken over by Roadrunner to be released internationally. "Runnin' Wild" balancely combined the uptempo raunchy tracks and the mid-tempo drenched tunes.

Take a good listen to the furious and electrifying "Stand Up For Rock N' Roll", "Runnin' Wild", "Blackjack", and "Hellfire", if you like a fast-speed stampeding rhyhtm, you might love them like I do. For AC/DC lovers, good tracks such as "Too Much, Too Young, Too Fast", "Fat City", or "Diamond In The Rough" might sound familiar but not necessarily imitating. Airbourne caught me by surprise with this sensational record, a genuinely talented band with so much power and passion. Superb!
