'Flying Tigers' off to a very strong start in the first half. 'Fight To The Death' really impressed me I think that song is a pure 10/10 heavy metal track and an instant favourite. But then it began to swirl down the stairs. 'West L.A Nights' still holds up high, but 'Starchild' and 'Flying Tigers' are somehow sloppy though both are still good tracks. 'Night Train To Tokyo' raised the bar again but they could have work harder on the chorus. Luckily, 'Night Stalker' is so brilliant, it's almost as great as 'Fight'.

I'm going to say that IRON MAIDEN influence is really obvious here and funny thing is that the vocal reminds me to Geddy Lee, a high pitch scream but much raspier of course. 'Fall of Atlantis' is quite average and probably too close to Maiden's Powerslave. I hate to say this but I guess the last five tracks are quite dull and I would have scored them at around 70% and below it. 'Demons and Diamonds' is too long, the chorus might be good, but the rest of the song is just too average.

WHITE WIZZARD still accomplished with something good here but it's a shame to see how they built a solid foundation on the earlier side of the album, only to ruin it on the second. Not a very flying color for the Tigers, but 75% is warranted for the effort.
