The Sanity Days is an English thrash/heavy metal band formed in 2011 by ex-members of thrash metal band Onslaught. Their name is based off of the Onslaught album In Search of Sanity, who vocalist Steve Grimmett and drummer Steve Grice had both played on. They released their debut album, Evil Beyond Belief, in 2015.
