Have you heard '10,000 Days' by chance, it's probably my favorite Tool album. I find it to be less artistic, for lack of a better term, then Lateralus. You may get more enjoyment out of that one.

I don´t usually have a problem with experimental music, but an album like "Lateralus" occasionally feels like art for arts sake, and that´s when I have an issue. I´ve promised myself that I´ll give it one more chance, but it´ll probably be the last...

I love all of Tool's albums, hence them being one of my favorite bands. I understand though how albums like 'Lateralus' could be a bit too experimental for some.

It´s probably my favorite Tool album. I like the next one too, but after that they got too "artistic" for me.
