Unrest was a heavy metal band from Bremen in Germany, active between May 1988 and 2009.
When vocalist Sönke Lau left because of health issues, Unrest looked for a replacement. One couldn't be found, and the band split up in 2009.
Unrest also released two demos between 1989 and 1991.
