Welcome to the Loving Tongue. Life started back in 1994 in Adelaide, South Australia. The Band's first two CD's "Is Anyone Listening" from 1995 and "Sea of Lights" from 1997 touched on Blues, Rock, Funk, Metal, Ambient and Progressive styles. This was followed by a short tour of America's West coast in March and April of 1999 for interest generated from it's "Sea of Lights" EP, which also scored airplay on American college and Alternative radio and was syndicated across 20 states. The Band has also had airplay in Brazil and Europe. The original Loving Tongue trio of Honey Boy Jim (guitar/Vox) Big Tom (bass/vox) and Paul Deeble recorded it's first two releases. Christian Jones joined in 1998 and was part of the Tongue's 1999 tour of America. Paul Deeble returned to record the Loving Tongue's 3rd CD "Distand Dreams" in late 1999-2000.
