PESSIMIST is an US, Baltimore, Maryland based death metal act formed in 1993. The band featured among others later DIABOLIC guitarist Kelly Mclauchlin. Later incarnations of the band have featured artists like former DEATH bassist Kelly Conlon and former MALEVOLENT CREATION drummer Alex Márquez.
PESSIMIST released their debut full-length studio album "Cult of the Initiated" in 1997.
