INTENSITY (styled InTensity) is a progressive metal band from Thessaloniki, Greece, formed in late 2007 by guitarists and songwriters Ilias Iovis and Kostas Papageorgiou. A little later and after some line-up changes, bass player Kostis Hasapoulos and drummer Dimos Thomaides joined the band, creating a stable quartet. Similar to other Greek bands, they struggled to find a permanent vocalist and so ended up with the solution of Ilias Iovis taking over all the vocal duties with Kostas Papageorgiou on backing vocals. With this line-up the band started recording EP 'Time' in November 2008 and finally released it in July 2010.
