Before Crush is a metalcore band from Benguela in Angola.
Before Crush was formed in 2006 as a punk band called Nightmare Today, and released a number of singles; Eterna Luz (2008), Regressar (2009), Monarkia (2009).
The band adopted its current name in 2010, moving in a metalcore direction. Before Crush's debut EP, Idolos Ancorados, was released in 2010, accompanied by the release of the single, Som dos Impossiveis.
Before Crush sings in English and Portuguese.
