ENIAC REQUIEM were a Prog-Metal band out of Texas who released this lone album back in 1998. This is such a melodic album with lots of background synths creating atmosphere. It's the kind of album i can just drift away with even though we certaibly get plenty of Metal and even some dark sections. The bottom line is that this sounds amazing and i think i do have a bias towards American Prog-Metal for some reason. We get the Stine brothers on keyboards and lead guitar while the singer / guitarist Derek Taylor does a really good job on vocals. He also mixed and mastered this album and did a fine job. The drummer would go on to play in THOUGHT CHAMBER although i'm not a big fan of their lone album. If your into Prog-Metal this really is a must-have in my opinion. It was such a pleasure listening to this today. Easily 4 stars.
