Stephen Bringing the East and West Coast attitude to the mix, blending multitude decades of musical influences, Pretty Little Suicide promises to deliver something fresh to the table. According to the band's website, the first single "Cope" was successfully plucking attention, not only from the media, but also from the legendary producer, Beau Hill, whom eventually became their producer.

Out of five teasers on this EP before they launch their full album, I found that despite the nice solo, the first single "Cope" isn't really the strongest, in fact, I rank it the last so you'll get the idea how strong the rest tracks are. In my opinion, "Hollywood Moonlight" is their best tune. The tight verse with blissful melodic chorus is utterly brilliant. The second one that came close to this one is the title track, a wonderful hard rock piece that served perfectly as the closing track.

"Working Man Blues" has tense riffs and blistering solos, this one is another strong straight-in-your-face hard rock and "K.M.A.G" is probably as good as "Cope" but this one is better. While it's heavily flavored by the 80s glam, the band is right when they claimed they also have a slight punk and alternative/modern influences to their songs, but for fans of classic hard rock, this is nothing to worry about as they have everything you love in most of the 80s bands. Great starter and lookin' forward to the full-length release later on!
