Hailing from Germany, this band's benign name may fool you into thinking that they play friendly pop metal to heal your body and soul. Well, wrong!!! First aid is more what you need after having been exposed to their massive thrash attack.
On this their third album, the German band remind us that, while thrash metal may have originated in the United States, it was in Germany that it was perfected. Every single track is a thrash metal onslaught of chucking guitars, fast tempos, frantic guitar solos and aggressive vocals. The main attraction of the album are the classic-styled thrash metal riffs which are delivered in a suitably brutal production. At times, the music goes in a more traditional metal direction as in the case of 'Grimace of Lies' (which eventually explodes into a mad thrasher), and there are several melodic moments all over the album.
This is a very strong thrash metal album, which should appeal to most fans of the genre.
