UMUR "Sexual Carnage" is the debut full-length studio album by Brazilian thrash metal act Sextrash. The album was released through Cogumelo Records in September 1990. The Belo Horisonte based band was founded in 1987 by former Sarcófago drummer D.D. Crazy under the Insulter monicker but soon changed their name to Sextrash.

The music on the album is raw and filthy thrash metal with the occasional blackened edge. It´s the early work of the German triumvirat of Kreator, Destruction and Sodom that is the reference here. It´s filthy, murky, aggressive, and lo-fi produced. Lyrically it´s quite sinister which song titles like "Seduced by Evil" and "Sadistic Screams" are a testimony too, but also slightly humorous/bizarre which song titles like "Alcoholic Mosh" and "Genital Tumor" suggest. The musicianship is so and so, or maybe it´s just because the tracks were recorded in only a few takes, but the fact is the music is slightly sloppy played.

I think I´m going deaf after being pummeled by the noisy and murky blackened thrash metal attack of "Sexual Carnage". This is so raw and lo-fi sounding that I´m pretty sure it´s an aquired taste. If you like your thrash metal raw, noisy, and really aggressive "Sexual Carnage" should certainly apply though. A 3 star (60%) rating is warranted.
