"Here it is, the most god-awful demo ever recorded. Way back before this current powerviolence trio gained any respect, before they actually learned to play instruments, back when they lived with their parents, back when they were under age and playing shows at Dixie Tavern on a school night, back when Seth was our additional vocalist wrestling with Hollise on a spilled booze and cigarette butt littered floors during shows, there was The Taking Up Space Demo. Here are the 8 tracks (7 of which we don't even play anymore) that got us started on the 10 year road we have traveled. This demo is the most absurd, ear-splitting, amateur recording quality you will probably ever regret downloading. But you know, you gotta start somewhere. Plus, its always fun to look back and laugh at yourself...."
