Some of this does not strictly fall under the guidelines of "metal"... as any grind fan knows the genre draws a very heavily influence from hardcore punk, some of these bands are closer to that region while some are closer to pure noise, lots of this stuff isn't on metal-archives.com for instance but having been a very active progarchives user at one point several years ago I know this site generally strives to be more inclusive (not to mention the list that is there including the likes of Head Hits Concrete, Iron Lung, Gore Beyond Necropsy, Nails and Swallowing Shit who would not make it onto MA).
