WARGASM is an US thrash metal act from Boston, Massachusetts formed under the OVERKILL monicker in 1982. In 1985 they changed their name to MANIAC and released one demo under that monicker before changing their name again in 1986 to WARGASM. The band released their debut full-length studio album "Why Play Around?" in 1988.
