The Combine was a progressive metal band from Stephenville (and later St. John's), Newfoundland. The band formed in 2009 with members Taylor Roberts (v,g), Mike Mercer (g), Matt Ball (b,v), and Chris Reid (d). They released three albums. In 2019, Andrew Bartle became the new drummer. The band relocated to Nova Scotia.
The Combine announced in July of 2020 that because of COVID-19 and their inability to play any gigs, they have dissolved the band with no future plans of regrouping.
