Samandriel is a melodic symphonic power metal band from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, with slight progressive influences. Their music features operatic female vocals, symphonic keyboards, melodic hooks, rhythmic dexterity, and dramatic atmosphere. They released an EP titled titled Awakening in 2010. They began recording a full length album in 2014.
