Kick The Butterfly is a progressive metal band from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The band was formed in 2012 by Dominic Carmody (vocals, guitar) and Martin Brunner (guitar), who were joined by Dudley Grabsch (bass) and Liam Airey (drums).
Upon completion of the line-up Kick The Butterfly embarked upon recording their debut EP, The Attenborough Moneyshot, at Kingslayer Studios. A full album release is expected in early 2014.
