Horde Of Silence is an extreme metal / black metal band from Benguela in Angola, formed in November 2010.

The idea of forming this project was Pagia Fantasma's (Dor Fantasma), wh0 wanted to have a band with heavy riffs and drums with continuous double pedal and an aggressive sound. Pagia Fantasma with Jayro Cardoso (Dor Fanstama) invites Yannick Merino to join the project. After a few trials, Nick Costa (Before Crush) joined the band as a bass player. The band was going to be called Mental Grave.
After playing in Benguela and Luanda (opening for the band, Singra), the band underwent some changes. Pagia Fantasma left the band as rhythm guitarist and vocalist, while William Sazanga joined on vocals.
The band changes its name to Horde Of Silence, and this lineup played in Cube Records' "CubeFest" concert in 2013. In the same year Horde Of Silence releaseded the
