Bloodsoaked is a death metal band from Mexico City. The band formed as Absession in 1989 before changing their name in 1990. One of the first Mexican bands to play death metal, Bloodsoaked opened for the likes of Obituary and Rotting Christ, and toured with Napalm Death and Sadistic Intent. Mexican death metal stalwarts The Chasm played their first show opening for Bloodsoaked.
