Benders was a progressive metal band from Certaldo, Florence in Tuscany formed in 1987.
Benders released a couple of demo recordings before splitting up. The band also appeared on the Pick Up Records 1995 compilation, Electric Minstrels, with the song "We Can But Cry (8:21)".
