A.C.O.A. (standing for Adult Children of Alcoholics) was a Canadian speed metal band that were active between 1997 - 2002, producing a demo in that time. They changed their direction and renamed themselves as Nothing Left for Tomorrow and are still going.
Their lone studio album, Life Lessons Learned...Too Late, was released after the name change, in 2003, but kept the A.C.O.A. moniker.
