The third album from the British iconic band was the debut of the mighty voice of Bruce Dickinson. Released in 1982, Iron Maiden gained a lot of controversies as well as followers. Some people condemned them for being the devil messenger while not few also praised them to be the most influential heavy metal band of all time.

Apart from the three cult classics inside, "The Number of The Beast", "Run To The Hills", and "Hallowed Be Thy Name", that cemented their name as the great beast of heavy metal, there are still couple of other interesting tracks to listen to such as the massive harmonic chorus of "The Prisoner" and the nasty-riffs epic "22 Acacia Avenue". Probably my least favourite is "Gangland" although it can't be categorized as filler.

For those who have no idea who Iron Maiden is and never heard of them, this album can be your first step into heavy metal. Don't be deceived by their satanic imagery, in fact, all these songs were based only on horror movies and books and totally unrelated with their religious beliefs whatsoever, so grab one and enjoy the ride as 10 millions people across the world had done so.
