Wojczech, from Rostock, Germany, started off in mid 1995 playing simple grindpunk with members coming together from other bands active since 1991.

Starting as a side project with no intention of becoming a full time band, a couple of friends shared similar ideas of musical expression in opposition to 21th century civilisation and it`s decay.

The band's misanthropic lyrics range from cynically personal things into political topics.

Wojczech has toured extensively, covering three continents, playing tiny venues for little more than gas money, and sticking to the old school punk ethic of doing it yourself.
