And I found Grunt. He may be more badass than Wrex this time around.

That poetry Krogan guy was hilarious. I can't even remember what I did with him, though

I've started out with the engineer line again. Having overload in one hand and incinerate in the other is very handy. The geth enemies are probably the easiest to beat. The Reaper enemies are probably the hardest. Fucking brutes, ravagers, and banshees (their scream freaks me out). Been playing single player too. Cool to see what happened. Even the small stuff like telling that asari to stay in that relationship with Charr (the krogan spouting poetry on Illium). She opens a store on the Citadel called the Blue Rose.

Yep, you can. I have 3 or 4 different control scheme files saved on my computer. I like how you can also choose to invert the joystick controls - waaay too many N64 FPS games had the look stick inverted by default with no way to change it. |

yeah, i cant remember if you can save controll scemes as files in p64 if so, i might write a little script that links those files with the rom files so i dont have to switch up my controls for different games. |

^ That's what happened for me in the Duke Nukem 64 rom. I could see the enemies through walls, so it kinda defeated the purpose of most of the game.
And yeah, I use my Xbox 360 controller when I do roms as well. It also helps to be able to configure your own control scheme. |

i would play cartridges, but i much prefer playing with an xbox controller as opposed to a n64 controller it sucks though that some of the roms i get dont work fully, (eg pokemon snap and pokemon stadium) |

I bought the cartridge for around $2 on ebay. I don't do emulators too often, but I do have Project64 installed on my computer. |

In my adult years the two only games Ive played ( and its been like 8 years since I played the last time) were Heroes of Might and Magic and FIFA. Now if Im lucky my kids will lend me their Nintendo DS and ask me to help them with a particularly difficult part of the game and sometimes my son wants me to play a game with him on the Wii, but thats it. Its never for my own enjoyment anymore, even though its always pretty good fun playing with the kids.

I don't really play video games anymore. For some reason I've completely lost interest in it. When I do play video games, I tend to play old school games, whose gameplay I think is superior to a lot of the new graphics-driven but content-empty games. I guess I'm getting old.

I bought this when it came out, during these eleven or so years I've managed to play about 31 hours. Despite the slow process I really love the game. Maybe I'll continue some more in a few days or weeks.
