Black metal bands, it would seem, almost always have killer ones... gotta love that one by Emperor[their first].

There was one I saw by some other band, forget what they're called, but it had two muppets on the cover w/ one say "I'm going to kill myelf." Highly amusing!LOL

Is it this one? LOL

Yep!! Fcking love it. LOL

Love those two as well, Morningrise is probably my favorite cover of Opeth's, along with Still Life.

Anyone notice a prominent theme?
Lost respect for these archives when I saw Creed added, among other bands. Not going to be foruming here anymore. You can keep my reviews if you want.

Not Metal but I have to post this because it is one of my all time favorite covers, period.
Seriously! This may be darker than 95% of all metal covers out there.

You guys have the classic metal feel down, so how bout something a little different?
Oceanic by Isis. I love this cover.
Powerful in its simplicity.

And when you think about it, pretty metal. What is more vast and heavy than the ocean!?

Hey, album cover art is not only awesome but can be a great way to sum your album in one display.

Some of my personal favorites, off the top of my head
