^What a disappointment! 'Like An Everflowing Stream' was SO MUCH better!

I agree so much...in fact I find every Dismember release lesser than Like An EverFlowing Stream. I don´t know what happened, but it´s like they spend all their creative energy in the making of that album. Most of the successors are just rehashing of ideas from the debut. There are a couple of decent albums among them, but few reach the excellent mark for me.

Yeah this is where they started becoming interesting IMO. They have a pretty uneven discography though with quite a few decent releases and only a few standout albums. IMO the standout albums are The Archaic Abattoir and Retrogore. They slay live though and I can highly recommend attending one of their shows, if they tour near you sometime in the future...

^Unleashed is another band with a weird recording history. The first couple of albums are classics, but then they started incorporating groove elements and produced a couple of mediocre releases. After their longer hiatus they have only become stronger with each release, and the last couple of albums have been excellent.

^I personally love them 'Sworn Allegiance'-onwards. Not really big on anything before that.

I saw them on the 2019 Copenhell Festival for the first time, and I was having a good time. Great live band Unleashed.

I love the first three albums and the Live in Vienna album. I found they declined a bit too, but even with their improvement, I don't think they have approached those heights again since.
