Of the instruments I play I'm the best on, and focus on playing the most, sax. I also pretend to play keyboards.

I play drums, Synth, keys, and very little guitar. But my main instrument is definitely my drum set.

I took drum lessons too when I started playing music and while I´m definitely no rythm shark, those lessons gave me a good basic understanding of the technique behind playing drums. I think all musicians could benefit from a few drum lessons. Edited by UMUR - 09 Mar 2011 at 2:14am |

Drummer at heart and always will be.
I hope one day (sooner rather then later) to have the money/space for a drum set. Used to just play on my schools.... Since I've been out of HS I like to BS on and off with guitar. Not very good. |

I play bass and have done so for 17 years. I've played guitar for 15 years, but only for the purpose of writing music! Inspired by John Paul Jones, I took up the mandolin about 7 years ago but I'm past the stage of my life where I have time to spend practicing for hours a day...
Neither of these things is half as much fun as playing the bass though, that's my first love! |

I only play guitar. Never had a lesson. I can play some Slayer, Bolt Thrower, Carcass, Anthrax, Annihilator, etc etc. So I'm happy about it. Want to practice some more and start a band if I had the time. I had to refuse to start a band with friends because of my study...
But I play guitar for 7 or 8 years now.
