So excited to finally be hearing this, I loved La Gargola so I hope this delivers! Big smile

EDIT: This is probably going to end up being my AOTY. I'm not sure if it's as good as La Gargola yet, but it's certainly close. Shot From a Cannon is the most sludge metal-oriented song they've done, Punchline is total depressive post-rock, Last Days and Joyride (Omen) are classic Chevelle, such a killer, killer album.

This is the best EXTREME album where their sound came together as their own. Too bad they never properly followed it up

Just finishing my re-write of my original review. Well...actually it´s a completely new review LOL.:
DEATH - Individual Thought Patterns cover
 
This is pure nostalgia for me. I remember when this album was released. How big Death was as a band, and how influential they were. It´s not my favorite Death album (that honour goes to the two albums which bookend it), but it´s stil a great release.
