Surprised that I'm the only one to have rated this excellent slab of old school death metal. Their best I'd say though my recollection of the first 2 is dim. Going to have to check them out again now.

Speaking of old school death metal:
http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/album/wound/inhale-the-void Another one I haven't played since review, but I obviously liked it a lot as I gave it 4.5 stars.

^is that an album cover or promotional art for a 2005 Need for Speed game? A fairly recent addition, but I am the only rater as of now, so: These guys blew my mind when I first heard them. Amazing bass-driven post-hardcore that's heavy, has personality, attitude, and is a lot of fun. It's like if The B-52's got really pissed off.

Since the punk and hardcore team were good enough to add it for me...
It's a bit different, but definitely worth a listen.

I will give the above albums a listen and report back.
As Bosh was kind enough to also add this for me, try this. Don't let the album cover fool you. It's a double album and the first disc does NOT sound how it looks. Edited by BitterJalapeno - 23 Oct 2020 at 2:55pm |

^and I will give that album a listen. One of my absolute favorite death metal albums. Perfectly blends both the slow doom and thrashy groove sides of death metal. Immolation of the Agnostic in particular transitions perfectly from its death-doom intro to a great hook, definitely in my top 10 death metal songs.

http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/album/hamfer%C3%B0/evst Great album from these doom merchants from The Faroe Isles. Not quite as strong as it's follow up but a great debut nevertheless including a stunning vocal performance from guest Eivør Pálsdóttir.

How about you rate it then? Really underrated NWoBHM album, extremely high energy and catchy.

This is absolutely dreadful. Just because people call you the Evil Elvis doesn't mean you're the REAL Elvis!

It´s so sad how the great has fallen . From Danzig 5 and onwards there has been very few highlights worth mentioning.

I haven't listened to much of Danzig's stuff post-Danzig 4, but I thought Deth Red Sabaoth was pretty good.

In the paper, Danzig making an album with Elvis covers would be perfect
BUT WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT PRODUCTION, IT SEEMS THAT DANZIG IS RECORDING HIS VOCALS 57 METERS AWAY FROM THE MIC
