Yeah, and things are pretty expensive generally here in Scandinavia, so I follow you.

It's a bit more local for me but I've done all these places. Scandinavia aside, it won't be a cheap trip! How long have you got to cover all these locations?

Wow that´s not long to experience those Places if you also Count travel time, but it sounds like an exciting tour. Too bad you´re not visiting Copenhagen. I could have given you a short tour (which would probably have ended on Christiania Wink).

Besides Dachau and the castles in Rhine valley, not too much specific planned yet.  Still have some time to research and decide

At some point (next year if I can) I definitely want to go to Denmark.  Also Norway and Belgium

Haha, I know central and eastern Europe is a post-communist mess visually, but Prague and a few Polish cities like Kraków and Poznań are worth visiting too, Colin Tongue And waaay cheaper than any other place you're planning to go to on your first and second trip. Third time's a charm, I guess...? ^^

Well depending how much vacation I get at my next job, I also would love to do Poland, Russia, Ukraine and others.  Might be better to wait a couple years on Ukraine.

There are just so many places to go

Christiania is probably nicest in the summer time. You could of course visit Denmark at the same time as the Copenhell festival.

I would reccomend going to ghent over bruges, or if you are going to bruges, go for a day and then go somewhere else.
in the evening everything closes and there isnt really anything to do (so i heard from an older guy I hitched a ride with to ghent). I spent an afternoon there and felt like that was enough.
I personally loved ghent, and had a fantastic time while I was there.

Would recommend, all these places are fun and really cheap.
