I've seen people who think that The Smashing Pumpkins went downhill after Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, and that that was their last good album. What do you think?

I'm not familiar with their newest stuff, but I enjoy both albums that followed Melon Collie.

It's like the same problem with guns n roses "use your illusion " albums!
Best songs on one disc and and they would be one of these "milestones" albums.
But they are just great double albums this way.....

I liked the last album, the first songs have a battery and great guitar riffs, the cover is beautiful. It is true that they have changed the way had presented their songs at the beginning and today are quite different, but this last job I liked.
