Just scanning my collection to find some notable "bad" covers. Of course you have Born Again by Sabbath.  Though the following album is arguably worse since it's just a boring photo of Iommi.  Not only is the photo boring, but he even looks bored.

I don't like much of their cover art either, but they're better than the Liquid Tension Experiment's covers.   Not exactly horrible, but doesn't catch the eye in any regard.
