I just noticed that the Danish 80s metal/hardrock act Skagarack (Denmark) are not in the archives yet. I'm not sure whether they belong under glam metal or traditional heavy metal (they never really had a glam mage, I think).

Skagarack is pretty much AOR, we can put him under glam, but any other thought ?

came another question, can we put an AOR band under glam if they're not too light and got a rockin' edge, for example, Night Ranger, Fate, Laos, or Robby Valentine ?

As with any controversial band, they should be approved by the Glam Metal Team before the decision of whether or not they belong on the site is made.  Also, a general rule to go by is:  METAL!
If it ain't metal, it doesn't belong here.

Night Ranger is already here btw

SmileMy brother used to own a Skagarack album. Dont really remember how "metal" they were. Pretty soft heavy rock if I remember correctly, but I have nothing against that sort of thing being added if they are deemed "metal" enough by the team.

i think that most hard rock bands can be put under traditional heavy metal,
and most AOR bands (but not Lite AOR / westcoast) can also be put under glam metal

i see that Night Ranger is already here,
how about The Storm (kevin chalfant/gregg rolie band), do you think we can put it under glam ?
