As much as the Gothic Metal team vacancy is leaping up and down saying "pick me! pick me!", Unfortunately I cannot spare the time - but if any one needs any unofficial help in that area I'm willing to offer what knowledge/assistance I can.

rather disappointed since the damn alt metal genre was one I proposed.. and offered to lead it.. that I wasn't even asked to join it. You have good people on that team.. so I'll just stay in troll mode.

Micky, i am sorry to read that, I went with a propose yourself mode. You are always welcome to join in and lead it.
We need a lot of help in that department right now.
Can I count you in ?

thanks M@X .. my post was tongue in cheek... I'm happy sitting on the sidelines and helping out with suggestions and other nuts of ill-wisdom and illlogic

Sorry, I don't know if it's a YES or NO ?
|

that's a respectful no...for the time being at least. let's say I can be a bit over the top at times. It's time for others to make their mark on this forum. I prefer to help out with suggestions and keep a low 'site' profile.

I would like to keep on the prog metal team 100%. That's definitely my area of expertise.
I don't want to sacrifice being team leader of Traditional HM either.... hmm....
I would be willing to help out with 3 or 4 genre teams at a maximum. The teams I have in mind are power metal, NWOBHM (preferably), doom metal, and death metal. Whichever one of these teams needs more help, I'm willing to.
It looks like Power Metal and Doom Metal only have one person on each team, so I would be okay with being the second person on either of those. Best case scenario, I would like to be on NWOBHM and Power Metal in addition to my two current teams, but I'm perfectly fine with any 1 or 2 of the teams I've mentioned

M@x, the first would be 'mi-figue, mi-raisin' in French, while the second means just 'waiting and seeing'. The last one means that he (my dear husband) is neither wise (sage) or logical - which of course is not true .

M@x, as I see other admins are also team members (also like in PA), I'd like to collaborate with either the progressive-metal team and the black metal team...

Heh, seems the death metal and sludge/post metal slots are filled quite
nicely, two genres of which interest me more than most others, but it
seems the slots are filled heh. I guess if those teams want a 3rd member, hit me up lol.
I'm down with joining the metalcore team seeing as how it only has one member, and David/birdwithteeth and I tend to share a common interest in that kinda music too

Yes I strongly support the addition of Alex ( The Pessimist) to the Grindcore Team. It would be great to have someone with great knowledge in the genre on board + I could really need some help
