Im not familiar with the complete discographies of all bands but Im pretty fond the the early Toto albums and Boston are pretty cool too. never liked Asia much though. Id give me vote to Toto.

These are all some of my favorite bands.  My vote was for Journey, but AOR is definitely one of my favorite genres and I have the full discography of many of these bands.

I like how this thread has stubbornly stayed in General Polls for almost a week.

And apparently I can't vote in polls anywhere on this site. RAAAAAAAAAFFFFF!

This is tough......but stuck with Journey. To me Captured is one of the greatest live albums issued in this group of bands.

I'm a pretty big Toto fan too

Honestly, I'm not familiar with any of the bands on the list to cast a vote, even though I have music from Asia, Boston, Journey, and Foreigner. I do like the occasional AOR song but they're usually from newer bands:

I have to say that I have all the albums by all those bands and I'm looking forward to the melodic Hard Rock/ AOR enters as a separate genre in MMA.

I like all the bands on the list and I regret not having been able to vote all (and add more). After careful consideration, I voted for Foreigner because they were no votes.

For me, no poor bands here but these can rock and can also prog-out;
1) Saga
2) Journey
3) Toto

^Thats one hell of a great track...I actually have a couple of Boston vinyls in my collection, but never gave them many spins.

Based on their complete bodies of work, I'd have to pick Journey.

The first Boston album though...... Heart Heck, the 2nd Boston album was great too, and 3rd Stage/Walk On aren't bad.

Styx is a favorite of mine too, though each album tends to have a cheesy 'What was DDY thinking when he wrote these lyrics' song.

all of them are classics in my eyes except corporate America. that has multiple people singing at the same time on each track except one which is a shitty country artist doing a country song on it for idk why. even if corporate america had only 1 singer on it for the songs it would still be shitty because the songs are lack luster also to note walk on has a different singer then the other 3 albums before it. you will enjoy the Boston albums for sure

1 other thing to note is 3rd stage could have went without the interludes
