Hail the sun is a post hardcore band. But, they are so proggy. In face way more prog than the usual fair of post hardcore bands so I am not sure if they should be added within post hardcore or progressive genera. Listen to anything off wake and you will see what I mean Here is their wiki. This is one killer band. Thanks, just opened their bandcamp and clicked on Wake. I'll have a proper listen when I get time, but they sound like a post-hardcore version of Yes to me from the first couple of tracks (which isn't necessarily a bad thing  ).Without jumping the gun as I've only got to a couple of tracks so far, but they wouldn't fit in prog metal (although prog they certainly are). It's whether the hardcore proportion is high enough. I like what I've heard so far though.
