I�d like to suggest Revocation for Death Metal: http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=78107 - http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=78107 . They arguably have as many thrash metal elements as they have Death Metal elements but for now I think they would fit into the death metal sub the best.
