I'm browsing the site casually on my Safari browser and all of a sudden I get told that I'm using an Internet Explorer 6 instead. I didn't know about that and I doubt I am Ermm

I don't think IE6 is supported anymore, surely IE7/8 are the ones currently supported.

I personally avoid IE at all cost if possible I find it very bloated and slow.

Max, why bother? Even Google has dropped support for IE6 it's so absurdly old. Anybody who's using IE6 at this point is either an idiot or unbelievably lazy.

We display a message to IE6 users only in the site: MetalMusicArchives.com will work better for you if you upgrade or switch to another browser.

But, IE6 is unfortunately used by 9.6% of people (but in constant regression) according to  http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp - http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp . People are lazy I guest Wink
