Hey. Guess I will start by something short. I am a 16-year-old female high school student from Canada. And I have been listening to metal since I was probably about 7-8 years old. I had this site suggested to me from a metalhead store clerk at 7/11 actually  but so far I'm really liking what I see.Some of my favorite bands would be: Lifelover, Shining, My Dying Bride, Dark Tranquility,Enslaved, In Flames, Slayer, Opeth, Kyla, Hypothermia, Cannibal Corpse and a few others. It ranges from anything really. ------------- "Who ever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool, or a coward. Who ever can not take care of himself without that law is both." Lifelover, Shining, Hypothermia! Some of the few depressive / suicidal acts that I do still respect nowadays. Nothing beats the cold monotony of "K�ld" which, I think, is the most essential album in this field. Along with Abyssic Hate's "Suicidal Emotions". Interesting source of suggestion - I wonder who this person is, too.  Anyhow, welcome and hope you enjoy the site, even with all the current flaws and shortages. We are still a new site and a lot of work is still to be done. |
