When an artist is accepted and added to MMA, instead of just locking the topic, we are going to archive the thread behind the scenes so it isn't clogging up this section of the forum. It will take some time to move all old suggestions out, however. 

When an artist is rejected we will lock the topic as we have been doing so the rejection is effectively on file for public reference. We will also mark the thread title with a big [REJECTED] so they stand out. We will also eventually add a public blacklist of rejected artists that users can refer to. 

Therefore any open threads in here will tell our collabs that the suggestion within still needs to be dealt with.
