Carnival is Forever is not a djent album, it's a tech death with some djent leanings, but they're secondary. And in my opinion it's not a bad album at all  

It�s somewhat a departure from their death metal past, but it�s still unmistakably the sound of Decapitated (there are no one else who writes riffs like Vogg).
