Topic - Prog Death Fusion?

I'll be curious to see some suggestions.  Often when I hear a band that mixes jazz fusion with death metal, the result sounds too forced.

That being said, I'm a big fan of Death and Cynic, but the only Death album with an obvious jazz influence is Human.  Atheist is cool too, especially Unquestionable Presence.  I like some of what I've heard from Pestilence, but not as much as the others I've mentioned.

One band/album that somewhat qualifies would be Quo Vadis and their Defiant Imagination album.  Not overly jazzy, but they are highly influenced by Death (who were mentioned earlier).  Steve Digiorgio even plays on the album.
