I've been listening to a bit of folk metal lately...namely:

Cruachan...great Celtic stuff!
Waylander
Elvenking
Falconer
Primordial
Orphaned Land....maybe not the folkiest but still some elements
Ensiferum
Finntroll
Slough Feg

...I plan to check out many others as this is a genre I've neglected for far too long(at least in comparison to other genres)
