Carcass' "Necroticism" - a masterpiece and certainly qualifies as prog death metal :-)
Also, check out the Danish 90 underground death metal act Cyanotic. They were more of a melodic death metal act, but their early stuff was also kind of prog - especially a track called "Eclipsed Existence".
