Cruachan, Celtic folk metal from Ireland. Some albums are black metal based, some aren't.

Power folk metal from Italy - Elvenking. Their folk elements were lessened on a couple of their releases, but they've brought them back more recently. Their mostly acoustic album Two Tragedy Poets is also worth a listen.
