Actually another band that comes to mind is Septic Flesh(or Septicflesh). They're what I consider the seminal "symphonic" death metal band. I was hooked the first few times I listened to them, VERY interesting stuff! The album I listened to most(and is probably my favorite so far) is Sumerian Daemons!
