This actually happened to me a few weeks ago, right when I was about to do band profile work! What I ended up having to do, was request a new password, and then when I used the password for the first time, I actually had to use it to get into the database: When I tried using for the forums first, I was able to get on the forums no problem, as always, but for some reason I could never get either the new password or the one I eventually changed it back to working on the database. So yeah, request a password, use it to enter the database first, and then you should be fine. If not, pm one of the admins for help.
