Hey, it's Polymorphia. Some of you may know me from Progarchives or Jazz Music Archives. While I am not new to hearing metal, I am certainly new to listening to it. In fact, I mostly came here to find more artists to listen to. I hope to see some friends from PA and JMA here and also to meet some of you MMA natives.

Nice to see you here Smile. I saw you liked the Deafheaven album on PA, so what would you say are your favorite genres/artists?

Thanks for the welcome. Smile

I do indeed like Deafheaven, and also Alcest, motW, Kayo Dot. I tend towards black metal stylistically, although many of the artists I'd prefer to avoid (not really a fan of celebrating evil or death whether its literal or just theatrical). Most blackgaze or post black metal is fine with me. Again, I'm very new to actually listening to metal, so I don't know a whole lot and am still exploring.
